Firstly Julie and Tam I wanted to take the time to thank you both for the kind review that you took the time to write based on your experience that you found dealing with us again after such a short period of time, I thought when I saw you both pulling up outside the garage last Saturday you were both just wanting to pop in for a chat as you know Julie I like a chat and I thought you just wanted my tip for the national along with a famous coffee. However when Tam said he had just got a new job and fancied something a bit bigger than the X1 and had, had his eye on our BMW X3 that was the same colour combination that was on the BMW that was traded in first time round, seeing your faces after you were both back from driving it said it all, so I wanted to do mys best to get repeat business so I was happy to do all your paperwork with DVLA so that when you were in yesterday to collect your new BMW it had the private plate on it. It was so nice you found us friendly and welcome we do try our best especially when you know I like to chat and there is no sales tactics. Having spoken to you on the phone the day before you traveled through to glasgow to view the BMW X1 I know I gave you a ball park figure for a trade in as I like to be honest opposed to giving false figures and wasting someones time. When you walked in and saw our array of cars and seeing your face when I was showing you the BMW X1 Roberta said it all. Knowing that you had two grandsons that both required wheel chairs knowing that they could easily fit in the boot compared to your saloon was fantastic. Knowing how much they would love going out in the new car especially with the roof open really makes it worthwhile. Its such a nice gesture when someone says thanks and seeing your face with it all polished and with your private plate just finished it and thank you so much for my gift you really knew the key to my heart Roberta the wine was very much in appreciation and you know I'll always a call away for a chat. Rachael I know it was nearly five months ago that you bought your Mercedes so it's nice that after this time you took the time to write your review based on your experience. I know you were initially looking to buy a 4 wheel drive however when you came in when you saw the Mercedes E Class it was even better than what you had thought of going for, love that you liked the no pressure and found us easy and helpful, nice that you found it the best ever experience Rachael even though you might have had sore ears when you left but it was so nice having chat and banter with you and your partner. I am so pleased that you were as happy Simon having spoken to you the day before coming through to view our Audi Q7, I know you mentioned that you were looking for something bigger than your Honda CR-V as you had a new caravan and wanted something newer and bigger to tow. With everything that is going on and you said your wife was a nurse I explained that our policy surrounding our COVID measures. It was lovely seeing how happy you both were seeing it and then you both taking it a test drive, when you came to collect it with your private plate on the Q7 and having had the MOT carried out and receipts for the work we do prior to a car leaving, so glad you found us and myself east to deal with Simon and the fact you would recommed us is very much appperciated. Martin your right from the very first point of contact via email from our Autotrader advert, then speaking to you and understanding you were in Wales and us being in glasgow, I wanted to be as honest as I could in the description of our Audi S5 Sportback, I know you mentioned initially that you had finance in palc with a company that was slightly higher rate so as well as doing our best to present our cars as best we can it's in my interest Martin to get a customer the best possible rate for finance. When I got the approval with a rate better than less than half you had been quoted I knew that you wanted and needed the S5 ASAP. So we got the MOT carried out a Full Audi servcie carried out and had the car at your door within three days. It was lovely when you got the Audi dropped off and you called me saying that it exceeded your expectations and you were delighted, that is where as I said I like to be as honest and up front as possible, hope that S5 brings plenty smiles. Janet it is lovely that you found us all knowledgeable and found our garage nice and relaxed, no pressure is key as buying a car is a big purchase for any customer and I find its best to put yourself in someone else's shoes and act the way you would look to buy anything yourself as attention to detail is key but customers know what there looking for and there is nothing more off putting than pushy sales tactics as it's poor and cars should be able on there merits, we always find its best to be honest and up front and it's certainly nice to be able to give as much imformation without at the same time being over kill, it was lovely seeing your face with your new plate on your car and it just finished it off ableit my ocd kicked in with it being ever so slighlty out however we got there in the end, thanks again Scott and all at HMC.

Excellent service from start to finish. Rang and spoke to Scott about the car we were interested in. As we were 150 mile away wanted to know what condition it was in as have been caught out before when travelling for a car so was a bit apprehensive. However no need to be when we arrived at the garage the car was exactly as Scott had described, immaculate. On arriving at the garage the car waiting for us to take for a test drive. Scott was very friendly and professional throughout and was a pleasure to deal with As were all the staff who were very friendly. There was no pushy sales men and Scott made buying the car very easy. Would highly recommend and would definitely buy from them again.

Jane firstly I must say it's always refreshing to be referred to as professional and friendly I knew exactly what you were looking for in regard to your purchase of your Mini Cooper Coupe as when we first spoke about the Mini you said how you had been looking at our's and another one slightly closer to home and in these strange times people can be apprehensive traveling so when we spoke in depth regarding the condition of it and history, ownership I tried my upmost to be as honest as possible in condition as I completely agree honesty is the best way and we pride our self in our business as being upfront and honest hence I pressed you to look at our reviews and stock we dealt in, having reassured you having taken it in from a lovely couple that you wouldn't be let down, well I think your smile said it all. It's nice to put a personal touch even small things like fitting someones private plates and wheel caps its attention to detail and small things go a huge way. I know that you had looked at our website and various cars before you came last Saturday and I know it was a BMW completely different to the one that you went for, you seemed to know exactly what you were looking for and gave you your time to view and then when you came back on the Sunday I assured you once you left your holding deposit that it was fully refundable if I didn't do everything that I agreed to.
